Michael Rosenquist was more than a friend to us-he had been an integral part of the Local H family since the late '90s. He was instrumental in keeping everything from the message boards on our website to G&P Records running smoothly and effectively. Gabe would often refer to him as the Wizard because of his sage-like abilities with problem solving.

During the past year, Mike's health had taken an unfortunate turn. It was so hard to see him in pain-but he never seemed to let it get him down. It's hard to believe that we'll never get to hear him laugh backstage again. Or gently turn him down when he requests a song that we don't really want to play. It just won't be the same.

He was selfless, honest, and genuinely seemed to care more for the happiness of others than his own--this was true of him both professionally AND personally. He will be missed. Our condolences go out to his friends and family.
